Noël Coward often gave paintings to fellow actors as first night gifts. On occasion he gave them as a thank you present to someone who had provided a service for him.

The paintings below were revealed by an Italian family from Alessandria, Italy. The paintings were given to an Italian doctor by Noël Coward to thank him for his help.
